La Crosse VA Outpatient Clinic Move
La Crosse, WI –The Tomah VA Medical Center is pleased to announce that the River Valley Primary Care and Behavioral Health Community Based Outpatient Clinics are relocating to a larger location on December 14, 2020. Both primary care and behavioral health services will be provided at the new La Crosse clinic location at 4000 State Road 16, La Crosse, WI 54601.
“The new location is part of the on-going effort to provide world-class health care to our Veterans. Due to COVID-19, we will continue offering Veterans access to virtual care options and a phased expansion of services at the La Crosse location with the safety of both Veterans and staff at the forefront,” said, Karen Long, Acting Medical Center Director, Tomah VA. “We are excited to begin seeing Veterans in the new space and combining services for Veterans in one location. Our team is committed to creating a healing environment with the services that our Veterans have earned and deserve, in a location close to home.”
Through a phased opening of services, the new clinic location will offer a wide range of services including: Primary Care, Behavioral Health, Whole Health and Complimentary Integrated Health (CIH) services, Women’s Health services, Clinical Nutrition, Optometry, Audiology, Physical Therapy, Laboratory services, and Telehealth services. Urgent prescription needs can be addressed through the clinic’s new InstyMed delivery system.
